   Shipping costs are calculated on a flat rate basis and may vary based on the weight of the package and the shipping destination. We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $75.

   Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. This timeline is consistent across all types of products unless it is made to order. Made to order items will be 3 to 5 days.
    

6. Delivery Times and Tracking
   Delivery times adhere to Canada Post's and Chit Chat's policies and are subject to change based on their guidelines. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors. All Chit Chat packages will have tracking numbers that can be tracked on there website. Tracking information for orders will be emailed to you at the address you provide.

   We are committed to environmental sustainability and use environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.
